I'm changing the paypal account I use to pay for PBXes. I realise that people seem to have trouble with this, so this is what I've done!
Subscribed to another soho account with the new paypal account.
2 soho accounts show in my details
cancelled the first paypal subscription
Does that sound right? In the future, Id like to upgrade to premium. Presumably I just subscribe to premium, wait for it to show on my account then cancel the soho?
Apparently with premium it did not work .
What I have done is
subscribed with new paypal (3 days to verify)
than realised subscription may not go through so I cancelled it for new paypal but I newer touch my old subscription and it is still active in paypal but on the day of payment my account went to free and I lost all settings.
I had to verify and subscribed again in order to write here and for some reason paypal took money twice 20 euro not 10 also I never got my verification money back too.
So please tell me where I went wrong?

Also in regards to reseller account is that only for premium users?

I have cancel subscription and got email with 24 hours notice.
I would like to restore setting not data just to be clear.No I don't think i can restore any setting.
Guidance in this thread how change paypal account linked to pbxes still valid?

Please tell me is there any chance to put premium account on hold in order not to loose settings if subscription temporary is cancel?
