Please check our server in Tokyo. We have problems all the day with the accounts (megasystem, sannas, etc..)
We can not make calls, the exrtension disappear. Can not register. Sometimes can register, but can not make internal and to PSTN calls.

We have changed the dial plan for Japan Mobile.
Now we have to call onlu the mobile number, don't need country# + city, etc..
We Dial only 070-xxxx-xxxx / 080-xxxx-xxxx or 090-xxxx-xxxx.
I want to send mobile calls to terminator A.
Anothers Japan (not mobile) and international calls to terminator B.
How can i setup the trunk?

Hello,
Now I have one trunk with one one provider to terminate all the calls.
But from now I want to use two terminators:
One (A) for international and Japan - Not Mobile calls.
Another one (B)for only to call Japan mobile.
I want to setup the trunk, My question is:
I want to use ONLY (B) to call 8170 / 8180 and 8190
( all japan mobile prefix) and (A) to anothers prefix ( Japan not mobile and international ) calls.

Pascal,
If you mapped any DID to megasystem account and call the number, when you hear the IVR menu,
press ##. After that you can hear the ASTERISK MENU PROMPT.
But, If you map the same DIDs to Sannas account, and press ## on IVR, you can not hear anything (Silence)

This moment we are using Voxbone DID’s. There, we can setup for example: megasystem-701@newskyvoip.pbxes.org
We have another partner in Japan, they can not setup sip-accounts on his servers Voxbone: megasystem-701@newskyvoip.pbxes.org
The can setup only the Domain/IP 124.108.37.233 or example : 813123456@124.108.37.233
How can we do to setup DID in our account (megasystem) ?

After some checking I discovered that although the time zone on the PBX was not set to America, rather to Tokyo, the PBX resided on www0.pbxes.com. When it was originally set up it was set up on one of the German Servers (17.195.32.11).
Sending the DIDs to 216.75.41.112 (www0.pbxes.com) and registering the devices to the same, took care of the problem.
previously 217.195.32.11 was used as DID destination and registrations. Now they use 216.75.41.112 and all is well.
I assume that at some point the time zone definitions for the servers were changed.

I have tried most possible DTMF modes, however The Voice mail is dependent on RFC2833 so I have focused my attention on that and explicitly set it in the extension as RFC2833. I have also tried passing and suppressing inband DTMF.
