We have the same issue today (on www1): all our trunks got disconnected, and we can only make internal calls between extensions. Why are www3 and www4 not available?

First I use OS X speech synthesis to prepare a 16 bits 16 kHz WAV LPCM audio file:

Then you can transcode it into G722 using ffmpeg:

Hello,
Same problem here: on some extensions, we use the "All calls" or "If no answer after 20 seconds" to forward to an external number. It rings only for about 10 seconds, then the caller party get the message "Cannot be dialed, please try your call again later" and the Call Monitor says "Congestion".
I've tried to increase to ring for 50 seconds before sending callers to voicemail in General Settings, but there was not difference.
We use the same trunk for each leg (incoming call and outgoing forwarding), but I have tried to use a different trunk and this made no difference.
The extension is ecodev-500 (DID: +41327241500) and the forward number is 10327257779 rewritten via a Dial Patern to +41327257779. There is an outbound route matching this number (for accounting purpose)

Our carrier (Sipcall.ch) supports the IAX protocol too.
It would be great to see IAX2 supported by PBXes for trunks and extensions, since it's more bandwidth efficient and more reliable than SIP through NAT for example.
IP-tel, do you have plans to support it? Your service is Asterisk-based, so it should'nt be hard to implement.

In the PayPal profile, on the "preapproved payments" page, one can clearly see the recurring subscription have been cancelled without reason. But the page does not provide a way to add/resume a subscription, we only get this message :

Even if it's a PayPal bug to cancel subscription when there is no credit card (why do they bother since there are other funding options and I have >300€ PayPal balance), a new subscription for the remaining months can be created from the seller account (paypal@i-p-tel.com).
The customer is not responsible for these problems, there is no way he/she has to pay twice for a single service (or we require a refund).

Suddenly they were cancelled without reason on May 28 2010. Hint: it appears that the credit card linked to my Profile has expired, so I have just added a new one.
I want you to restore my subscription asap, because the provider want to cancel its service even since I have paid for 1 full year! I have not been notified in advance by Paypal that my credit card would expire.

Yes we have experienced the same problem: no transfer on incoming calls: when I dial *2 it send tones and hang up the other party, but no transfer.
We are using G.711a on all trunks with Snom M3 handsets and transfers have been working well in the past.
I think it is a PBXes issue, because other clients using the service are reporting the same problem.

I have the exact same blacklisting problem with an old account I used for testing purpose (idreamer) which is blocked any I cannot delete it.
Please delete it, I have no use for it and don't want to upgrade it to Premium only to be able to delete it !
Because of this blacklisting, my company (ecodev) is missing important calls.

Hi,
I have the same problem. Our outgoing calls get "blacklisted by idreamer".
idreamer is a free test account I had setup to evaluate the system before opening a premium account (ecodev) for my company.
Now this account (idreamer) is not useful anymore, but I can't delete it got disabled automatically.
Please help us asap with this issue
