I have a queue that fails-over to voicemail after a few minutes. When a voicemail is left, I receive the email however no name-lookup is performed on the number.
This only seems to not work if the caller is dropped to vm fro a queue. Other times I get the name inserted into the email subject and body correctly

edit: any chance this can be looked at? Happened again today, I like to know who my voicemails are from
