Hallo Herr Dr. Merle,

bei mir stelle sich ein Problem mit dem Konferenzraum. Weder direkt über die 8<Durchwahl> noch über ein Umleitung ist es möglich den Konferenzraum zu betreten.
Ich hören eine Ansage: "sprechen sie ihren Namen nach dem Ton und drücken sie die #-Taste" Egal ob von mir eine Eingabe getätigt wird oder nichts unternommen , so wird die Verbindung nach 10 Sec. getrennt ( Hung up )

Das Problem wurde behoben. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise. Nach einer Konfigurationsspeicherung und Bestätigung des roten Balkens wird das Update wirksam.

Vielen Dank!
Ich würde gern für das Warten auf eine Konferenz noch erweiterte Einstellungen vornehmen, etwa verschiedene Wartemusiken für verschiedene Anrufer.

Was mich aber am meisten stört, ist die Ansage "Sie sind derzeit der einzige Teilnehmer der Konferenz", die am Anfang kommt, bevor die Wartemusik beginnt.

Kann ich diese Ansage irgendwo personalisieren oder abstellen?

leider kann man die Wartemusiken in der Konferenz nicht vom Anrufer abhängig machen.

Die Ansage zu Beginn hat mich auch gestört. Sie ist weg!
