Voicemail not being recieved as Email - No voicemail 2 email is coming since yesterday

Is this an issue only i am facing or is this common across everyone? Please advise as this is really urgent, no voicemails are coming to me as they used to as an email attachment

It looks like a connectivity problem between your mail server and our data center. We get "Deferred: Connection timed out with alfaoverseas.com.". Have you tried changing to another datacenter already?

If you are still having problems please quote the email addresses that you tried with.

I have again changed the email address and it is working fine now with another email address.

I am not sure why your system is getting the message with @alfa overseas .com address as all the incoming emails are coming in properly, but anyways i will have our isp look into it
