Call forward on busy or when the extension is on the phone Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hello,

I m trying to enable a forward on busy (*90) and *92 from an extension 301 to 303. However the automatic voice confirm only that it forward it to extension 3 and not 303.
i then tried to forward it to extension 2407 then the voice confirm only extension 2.
It seams that it is not working with extensions that have more than 1 digit.

Also i m trying to find the * code list that was on the welcome page. it seams that it disappeared ....

Please help

The page has been moved on the WiKi under the link Codes.

Here is the direct link for it: http://www4.pbxes.com/wiki/index.php/Codes

It seems like a DTMF issue. What kind of SIP User Agent (ATA, soft-phone) are you trying to dial these codes with?

On the existing SIP clients you should verify how they send DTMF digits. There are generally 3 options: In-Band, RFC2833, SIP Info. The mode which is setup on the SIP client should match the "dtmfmode" setting on the extension. or it should be set at Auto.

Another way to test if it is a DTMF related issue, is to download, install and configure X-Lite on a PC from http://www.counterpath.com/xlitedownload.html
