I just upgraded from being a free user. As a free user, I noticed that there was a limit as to how long a call would last. I was fine with this since I was getting a great service for no money. I decided to try out the premium since I have enjoyed PBXes.com so much. However, now the time length of calls seems to have been shortened. When I was a free user my calls would cut off right at 50-60 min. Now it seems to be cutting off right at 25-30 min. It does this if i am called or if I make an outgoing call. I only have one main provider, Gizmo, but calls also cut off if someone calls me using sip (call klydal@pbxes.com with a softphone). It also occurs both on my sip extension and classical extension. Does this mean I am having a codec issue or provider issue? Maybe this a new limit that pbxes.com has placed on its users? Thanks for your help.
oh wow, I feel dumb now... Ok I thought this is how long it would ring before timing the caller out if you did not have voicemail enabled. I also thought it was in seconds, but I see it does say minutes. Ok thanks for the help.

I too observed the 59 minute call time limit on the free account. I just upgraded to a premium account, but I don't see the call timeout field under General Settings. Has this moved somewhere else?
I certainly hope my calls will not start dropping even earlier now that I am paying for the service.
