Fragezeichen Extension "Half Registered" Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Good afternoon,
posting today so not to forget but please read it only tomorrow as today is 1st of May großes Grinsen

I'm trying to register a SIP extension using a software which is so well "integrated" in my Windows Mobile that I've no clue what is actually doing and why it fails to register. What happens is that while on the "Status" page of Pbxes it shows as registered, my mobile reports it isn't.
The fact is also that although I quit the application on my mobile, the "Status" page still reports it as registered for quite some time, difficult to tell what is happening. Anyway, no call is possible, neither from or to my mobile (VOIP call).

Is there a way to check server logs (do we have access?) to see what is failing in the registration process?

The extension is kast-07

Thanks a lot,
Ka.

Keep in mind that a previously registered extension, remains registered for an hour at maximum, even after it was taken off-line.

BTW, is there any way for me to check the server connection logs and see why my client refuses to connect to PBXES?

Thanks,
Ka.
