I have setup a PBXes with a Danish provider (Unotel). Every thing works perfect when i test it several both from landline and my mobile. As soon as my customer, or another external person, try to call the PBXes it stop working. It's just dead, until i restart the PBXes and the same scenario happens.

1. I can use the same setup, with another provider without problems.
2. My customer can use the same number/provider (Unotel) with another tree pbx he have installed on his local PC.
I have tested it using the phone number and the username in PBXes username. Both with the same result.
Unotel tells me that they can se a: Call request but no answer from PBXes.

Phone number: 6960XXXX
SIP server: sip1.unotel.dk
Username: UNO14XXX
Passvord: 7xx6xx

STUN server: stun.unotel.dk
Codec: G.711/Alaw

Any idea how to solve the problem?

Can you ask Unotel to run a packet trace when you send a test call?
