wieso ist denn ein Agent, wenn er sich in der Queue abmelder (xxxx**) im FOP (Menüpunkt Status) immernocht gelb (also eingeloggt), bis man sich in der oberfläche abmeldet und neu anmeldet, und das FOP komplett neu startet?

Kann mann das nicht aktuell auslesen, funktioniert doch beim anmelden eines Agents (von grün>gelb) auch...!?

wenn man die anlage neu startet, sind ja auch alle abgemeldet, nur beliben sie im FOP angemeldet...


auch, wenn man sich am FOP neu anmeldet

Zur Neuanmeldung am Statusdisplay müssen die Statusfenster an allen Arbeitsplätzen geschlossen werden.

irgendwie hat sich die nebenstelle 77111 augehangen, die steht auf rot und sieht aus, wie im gespräch... habe schon die anlage neu gestartet, mich mehrmals am am Statusdisplay ab und angemeldet... nix zu machen... *wunder*

Mein Fehler, der andere Rechner war noch (am FOP) angemeldet...

Evtl. wäre eine Anzeige (dass oder wieviele gerade draufschauen) dagegen sinnvoll... Aber, wenn man weiss wonach man suchen muss.. Augenzwinkern

Also nach dem Neustarten der Anlage beliben im FOP alle Agents Eingeloggt, auch wernn sie es durch den neustart garnicht mehr sind. Soll heissen, die Anzeige ist nicht aktuell.

Hab mich auch (am FOP) nochmal ab und angemeldet... immernoch. und ein anderer rechner ist da im mom. nicht drauf... unglücklich
