Hi, all my recordings disappeared from my call monitor page.

When changing servers (in Personal Data) call recordings are not transferred. When changing back they are still present.

Now you are on www3. I could not find old recordings on any other server. We haven't copied old call recordings during server upgrades of www1 and www3 in March and April.

thanks for your reply but this is not good, can you recover it please?

i need my call recordings and i hope that " We haven't copied old call recordings during server upgrades" doesn't mean "we lost your data of the last 8 years", because it would be very serious.

Unfortunately they've gone. Because we always keep CDRs only for a limited time of one year you could only access calls of last year anyhow. You can download recordings if you want.

Next server upgrade - when www2 and www4 are finished too - is planned for 2024. So this is expected to be stable for the next 9 years.
