Thanks ip-tel who restored normal condition on monday. The problem lied in the pbx itself that was autorestarting every hour.

today I noticed some weird behaviour from PBX. it seems that the problem escalated  
 
17.20ish  
inbound call to a queue 
very distorted audio 
 
17.25ish 
inbound call to another queue 
as soon as the agent answer the audio dropped, but the calls were still on 
 
17.50  
submit and restart the pbx 
 
18.06 
test call made by me from ext XX817 to XX806 
phone rangs  
I answered but there were no audio 
Call were not terminated 
I terminated it after 20 minutes 
There is no trace at all in system log and call monitor. The only log I have is the one from the phone. 
 
22.04 
test call from ext XX806 to XX402 
everything worked out fine. 
 
Could you please look into this issue? It is very important to have a business continuity
