Help needed - Blacklisted!!

My original post is at http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?t...233908504&sid=, but seing that it has been ignored for 2 weeks by IPTel, I am creating this new post. Please someone at IPTel answer me with a real email, not with noreply@pbxes.org... grrr this is frustrating!!!

My original request is as follow, I created the account "YnorGroupHolding" for one of my friend, but that account got created under datacenter www1 (I am not sure if it was a bug or not, but it was a nasty bug). Because my IP address is supposed to be threated by www4, then for that account, I couldn't create any trunks or extension. I couldn't even change any information under personal information, even changing the www1 to www4 was impossible.

So you understand that I needed to create a second account using the same email as the first one, this second account is "YnorGroup". So that second account was created properly under www4, so we were able to create trunks and extension. Then, we recieved an email that the second account will be deleted (or blocked), but didnt say that it will take the trunk with it and blacklist my phone number.

So today, the second account (YnorGroup) is blocked, but in the meantime, I have deleted the first account (YnorGroupHolding) from your system.

Can you please restore the account YnorGroup, now that I have deleted the first account YnorGroupHolding??? Hopefully restoring the second account will remore my phone number from the blacklist!!

Please someone help me!!!
