Not able to call extension

i am not able to call my local extension (201), all the other functions work properly, i am only not able to call this particular extension (201) from my local network.

this extension can make outgoing calls, but is only not able to receive calls.

please look in the matter and try to solve the problem

Edit: I am still facing problem in receiving calls.. for information i use iphone 4 with fring to register on pbxes.org

Fring is the wrong client to connect to any ITSP or the PBXes, if you wish to do so transparently. The Fring app connects to Fring's set of servers (SIP & media Proxies) in order for your iPhone to talk to other ITSPs.

So when it's time to troubleshoot issues, like this one, it is difficult to direct your attention to a single network element at a time. If you want to use a SIP client for your iPhone or iPad, try one of the Media5-fone apps or one of the Acrobits apps.

Keep in mind, Media5 has developed its' own SIP Client Engine, licenses this technology to other developers, and provides support even for their free app.

Well, apparently the Media5-fone SIP stack doesn't like something probably in the Invite. Dial the same call again, but before you do clear the trace facility which is built-in the App.

Dial the same extension to extension call and after it fails, send the trace to the Media5 support, and let's see what they say.

You could try with UDP instead of TCP protocol.

If you want to test with Fring again, you could activate SIP trace in PBXes System Log to trace the packets going between Fring servers and PBXes.
