Extensions "in use" for 71hours. Can't reset Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hi,

Two extensions (101 and 201) seem to be locked in somekind of call which has been going on for the last 71 hours. I can't seem to be able to reset the pbx to end the call. The phones themselves register and can call out but no calls can be received by them as they said they are in "in use".
