I make local recordings (wav format). I can listen locally, they are really there, play, etc. I upload them to the system recordings... they show up... but when I assign them to the assistant, there is no sound... the options are active, but the announcement is never heard.
If I make a recording from an extension it works perfectly.
I indicated that... but did additional testing... at first glance I thought the problem was the names of the recordings had "-" in them and this was creating a problem.
I removed the hyphens, redid all the recordings... on the first recoring it worked... I proceeded to do the remaining 8 (for my testing) and now the "announcment" does not work again???
What up??
All I get when calling is silence... and then after the timeout... "good bye", and again, the options for the receptionist are active.
