Hi there -- thanks in advance for reading!

All I'm looking for is the following scenario:
- Call comes in
- Regardless of time it gets sent to my Digital Receptionist
-- Digital Receptionist plays a greeting and waits for one of two options to be selected (each one being an extension)

The problem I'm experiencing is that I can't seem to get all (any!) calls to go to the Digital Receptionist (I have set the options appropriately to my "/" Incoming Route).

It seems that all calls instead go to the first extension I set up.

do you have any other routes that might be taking precedence over the default one?

I only have the one inbound route
