since about mid day / 1pm (BST) yesterday I've been getting one way audio. Callers in can't hear me, I can hear them. I don't remember changing anything...
I have a few numbers that forward via sip to an inbound route, this then hits a group and rings. I get one way audio.
If I present a digital receptionist then dump them into the ring group, I get audio both ways.
translating the number to a "real number" on a trunk I have instead of to a sip address works too.
Any ideas?
edit - could be a coincidence but my only hardware phone has started to go crazy. It doesn't ring properly, and it can't answer calls, i get a reorder tone.
edit - anyone? I'm really confused. My provider says everything is fine.

I've reboot the phone. It's probably because I bought it from ebay...
One way audio is still the same. I've spoken to the number provider though and they have changed something at their end so that they handle the media not you. Not entirely sure what they mean, they added a comma to the end of the translation if that helps?. That seems to make it work ok thought not tested it a great deal
Hi. Sorry I wasn't clear. The one way audio is solved, but only by changing something at the providers end. So it's a bit of a yes and a no I suppose. But it works, so it's ok.
Strangely my phone works fine now too. What was it you changed?
Ok, I actually changed to www3 as well yesterday, www1 seemed to have a few issues yesterday. One way audio seems fine now, even without changing anything at the providers end.
