I had working outbound calls with VoicePulse until updating to SoHo account. Now im not able to get in or outbound calls working. Is there a block or config issue with VoicePulse? It says that Im registered, but incoming and outgoing calls just hang up immediately.
If the call gets established (rings) but drops when the voice path is about to open (two-way audio), this points to a vocoder incompatibility between the phone (SIP UA) and the SIP Proxy (trunk).
Does anyone know if VoipDiscount is the valid provider. I am able to use other providers for outbound calls but voipdiscount doesn't work
