I would like to suggest a new feature to add to the ring groups:

Ring strategy: First-not-on-phone

It follows a more "traditional" telephony setup where each additional call to a group of extensions rings only one extension that is not off-hook. This reduces noise and confusion in a busy office environment.

Thank you!

Alec

Hey Alec,

This idea has merit, even in a busy SoHo environment with 2 to 4 SIP phones, where a "ringall" strategy can drive certain people mad.

So like a hunt group? But one that will only ever ring one extension and not move between the ones in the group?
