Cannot edit posts, can only raise a new one.
8 hours now and www5 still going up and down.
Am I the only one with this issue ?
Can you please move my accounts to another server and leave them there until www5 is fixed.
Reliability is now a major issue.

seems like the last months pbxes has a lot of problems. luckily now it is not during weekdat but in the weekend, although it affects our weekend helpdesk seriously, we have to divert our lines over very expensive POTS links... not a solution.
I hope the reliability will go up soon, as this is not a professional voip solution. The failsafe setup is failing big time.
If you need datacenter or professional support, let me know.. i have years experience setting up REAL redundant servers, routing and dns systems.

There was a network issue in the Paris datacenter. Because it was flapping several times between connectivity and no connectivity the automatic failover had to be started several times.

To cover flapping issues like this one we have modified our failover policy. Paid accounts now get moved for at least 8 hours, even if they could be restored to their original server ealier. So in future paid accounts will only be moved back when things become stable again.
