Hello.

I have 8 trunks. All my trunks are working fine with my digital receptionist, except one. When I call using my trunk from ser.sipcode.com.br , I can hear the prompt menu, but whem I choose the option nothing happen. I dialled the option 1, 2 ou 3 and nothing. I have a friend with the same trunk from ser.sipcode.com.br and it is working fine. I`ve change the Dtmf from the trunk and nothing. Please I need a help.

Well, since every other trunk works properly, you should inquire what are the preferred DTMF transmission settings from SipCode's perspective. This issue can only be resolved with their help, since the DTMF digits are collected by their trunk and then sent to PBXes.

If possible, try to avoid InBand, and inquire if they support RFC2833 or which flavor of SIP Info. Once you find out, try to set this in SipCode's Trunk setup.
