Hello,

Our time settings for Regular Hours does not appear to be working today. We are in Melbourne, Australia and it routes to the "after hours" rule despite meeting the regular hours.

Has been working fine until today. We have set the forced regular hours for now.

Please advise,

We have fixed the bug. A "Submit & Start" in "Personal Data" would have helped, too.

I did "Submit & Start" in "Personal Data" but did not bring audio recoding deleted by system.
