Callback problem Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

I think I have mentioned this some time ago.

Premium has a limit of 3 callback numbers.

Now I noticed the following problem just now.

When outside my home country making a callback the caller id shows

0032xxx
or +32xxx

I have set the callback to be triggered to 0032xx
So when the caller id shows +32xx callback is not triggered

the difference between 0032 and +32 is probably caused by the network used outside my home country. some show +32 others 0032.

To activate callback I would have to apply 2 callback rules. i saying 0032 and one saying +32

This is 2 rules for the same phone !
When inside my home country it would show callback even without +32 or 0032 but just the regular number, meaning I would have to use all 3 callback rules for 1 single mobile phone.

This should not be the purpose for limiting the number of callbacks to 3. It's crazy that i need to have 3 callback rules for 1 mobile phone.

As I use 2 mobile phone for callback I now have a problem as I would really need 6 callback rules.

ip-tel how can you fix this problem !
