Mobile option on ext setup disappeared |

In order to allow use of all codecs - particularly G729, you have to make sure that the mobile option on each extension is unchecked. I have just converted one of our extensions to use G729 and find on pbxes that the mobile check box has disappeared. So I cannot make or receive calls on this extension.
How do I make the extension work on G729 without unticking this "mobile" option? Previously the extension had the option ticked.

.... it is now 25 mins later and the phone has started working - so I guess somebody did something to fix it
