Your premium account was cancelled, after payment??
Hi,
Can someone explain this message I received after paying for a premium account? I upgraded to premiun because I exceeded the 2000 minutes last month. I then completed and paid for the premium account in paypal. I then "cancelled the subscription" in paypal ONLY to avoid being billed 30 days from now by paypal on an automatic basis. ( I followed the paypal instructions I received in their email that state :"Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this subscription.)
Now I have received an email from PBXES stating "There is a grace period of 24 hours (14 days for PBXes PRO) from now for renewing the subscription" and that my premium account was cancelled.
So, I already paid for 30 days premium, only cancelled the auto renewal of the subscription, and my premium account is being cancelled. Will some tell me if I am reading this incorrectly, or am I being asked to pay again to maintain and use the features I just paid for on the premium account features for 30 days? Thanks
