How to delete a PBXes account

Hi,

I had the problem that i once accidentally created a double account. I've upgraded both to Soho to get them unblocked. Both accounts are now active so i'd like to delete the one with the username "flapstaart" but i can't find the option as discribed in http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=1205824702.

I did check to see if the remove account feature would pop up after cancelling the soho registration but no luck.
