Hallo,
seit heute habe ich folgende Problem:
wenn ich die österreichische Zeitansage 0732 1503 anrufen möchte (Testanruf) dann erhalte die Ansage "all outgoing lines are busy" und im Calllog einen Eintrag "blacklisted by mdick"

Kennt jemand das Problem?

Ich habe auch diesen Eintrag im log "blacklisted by mankmill2006" Und das ist ein ganz alter account, der gelöscht wurde und nicht mehr aktiv ist.

Das Blacklisting wird gelöscht, wenn Sie den alten Account wieder entsperren (sie können ihn nach dem Entsperren auch löschen, wenn sie ihn nicht mehr benötigen).

Falls Sie die Zugangsdaten zu ihrem alten Account nicht mehr haben sollten, können Sie die Funktion "forgot password" auf der Loginseite verwenden.

Was schreibt Ihr denn da? Wie soll ich denn auf meinen account zugreifen können, wenn er gesperrt ist und nur kostenpflichtig durch ein upgrade wieder entsperrtt werden kann? Nur Ihr könnt ihn wieder freischalten!
