I have set my incomiing calls regular hours 08:00-17:00 for * all days. during regular hours it is set ring group1 after hourse it is set to digital receptionist no overide. I have several truks that all ring on ring group 1. But still after hours they keep on ringing and are not going to the digital receiptionist. How can I setup a trunk or pbx so after hours it will go to the digital receptionist.
Inbound Routes take precedence over the settings under Incoming Calls.
