Does anyone know what this means?
I used to only get this from one of my extensions, but now it seems most of the extensions have this issue. These are the entries in the System Log:
A new "Registered SIP" line is stored if a device was unregistered and becomes registered again. This can happen if it re-registers after more than one hour or registers from a new IP address.
It can also indicate that one terminal is using more than one PBXes account which is not supported.
I cleared up the loop issue, but now it freezes and has repeat registrations. Could it be that the vonage and pbxes ports are overlapping? Would that cause these symptoms?
As I wrote in the other thread too: "Mixing and matching SIP User Agents on the same LAN requires very careful provisioning of the ports used for signaling (SIP) and media (RTP)".
In essence you need to connect every UA on a hub and run a packet sniffer to determine which UA is using which port.
"The signaling port needs to be unique for every SIP UA on the same LAN, otherwise all kinds of weird behavior is to be expected".
