Receptionist doesn't start with 3 in hunt; loops

Hi,

I have the following setup:

Incoming / => ring group #1 => (no answer) => Receptionist

If the ring group (hunt) only has 2 items, the receptionist works fine. When there are 3 items, it goes back to ring group #1 again, instead.

This setup used to work before. Were there any recent changes in the code? BTW, I upgraded to Premium about 6 hours ago (not sure if that has any bearing).

I've already tried "Submit & Start" and deleting and reconstructing the receptionist and recordings, but it still doesn't work with 3 extensions in the ring group.

A sample of incorrect behavior is from 2008-07-22 03:06:30 GMT+0800 to 03:07:46. The call ends with a "504 Server Time-out" message at the client.

I just worked around this with a queue that had a ring group with 2 elements.

I guess I'll have to reopen this, since ring groups are still very useful if you want to hunt in sequence (queue hunt order isn't as predictable).

Has anyone at PBXes looked at this yet? Thanks.
