I really thank you again Diafora, but I can`t to convince Dlink to fix this in their SIP stack. It has been discontinued since June 01, 2009. So , there is not a new firmware. I have to buy a new ATA. No problem, It was very cheap to me. I think that is a good information : DVG2001S does not work with Pbxes. I choose Pbxes, so bye, bye DLink.

Hello.
I have 8 trunks. All my trunks are working fine with my digital receptionist, except one. When I call using my trunk from ser.sipcode.com.br , I can hear the prompt menu, but whem I choose the option nothing happen. I dialled the option 1, 2 ou 3 and nothing. I have a friend with the same trunk from ser.sipcode.com.br and it is working fine. I`ve change the Dtmf from the trunk and nothing. Please I need a help.

Thank you for your allways quick answer Diafora. The support on line from Dlink sad that DVG2001S does not support dash (-). Really it has a incompatibility with user names with dash (-). How can I fix it with Pbxes ? I have to buy a new ATA. Rigth ?

I have DLink DVG2001S . I can not register my Pbxes account wit my ATA. I think that is because the login name has the (- ), for example, username- extension number. How can I fix it ?

I`m using Voipian provider and it has an new way to register .
* User name: Enter your username here.
* Password: Enter your password here.
* Registrar: voipian. com
* Proxy: sip. voipian. com
So the Sip Proxy is not like a Registrar. How can I register this voip in Pbxes? There is not a field "Registrar" at Pbxes, only "Sip Server" . I can register only Sip Server but I can`t make calls. There is others voip providers like a Voipian. When I use my ATA directly, it works fine. I want to use with Pbxes. What to do ?

Not when the call ends up on VoiceMail, but when it is answered via an extension. |

Yes. I can hear and they can hear me. Now it is fine. It was a DTMF problem. It is fixed now. Thank you Diafora.

The caller can`t hear the voice mail prompt. The calls goes directly to recorder.

I have a DID number with my Premium account. When I receive calls with my DID, the caller wait 30 seconds and we can't hear the voicemail prompt. The call goes directly to record without hear the prompt. It is only with this DID number. I have others at the same ring group and every thing is fine. Some body help me . Sorry my english, I`m from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

I bought the G729 codec for one chanel only. When I'm using an extension, is not working my Ring Group, callwaiting, and VM. When I hung up everything is fine, but if I receive a new call my Ring group, callwaiting and VM stop to work. While I'm calling, all stop to work. Please help me. Thank you again.

When I make changes I have this message "DB Error: already exists ". This is occuring with IE8 and FireFox. Now I can`t do any changes in my account. When I try to make changes in "Outbound routing", I have the same error message.

Yes the answer I got from Azzu's support is correct .When I tryed ro press the read bar first . I can receive calls only within 6 minutes. Not anymore. Thes Azzus support sad that the max expiry there is 360 second and Pbxes is 3600. With Liberailvoip the trunk works fine, cause there the maxexpiry is the same 360. Can you fix it to me directrly from my account ?

Here in Brazil many people has the Azzu provider. I have an account at 12017429 registrar.azzu.com.br. I can not receive calls on it. The support of Azzu tells me that the problem is in register time. In Pbxes the register is 3600 seconds, but in Azzu is 360. How can I do the recgister of my Azzu in Pbxes stay with 360 and not 3600 seconds?
