Something wrong here. I have a paid account and I`m still in www2 and I can`t login in home page or with my extensions . Please change my server to www4 !!
When I try to login at home page, there is a looping with www2 and www4.
Please help me !

I have a problem here. I`m still at www2 and all my extensions are not working. I can´t register my extensions and I can´t login at home page. There is a looping with the adress www2 and www4 and I can´t login. Please help !!

My account was fully restored that day right after the first successful ping.
Sometimes, as we can see on the forum, the system does not recover itself automatically. In these cases we need the moderators' help (as far as I know, only i-p-tel and Diafora have this status).
If the problem is a trunk outage, I spent 7 days without access to my main trunk last month (see: http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?t...1283187314&sid=). The final solution, after the system was restored, was to un-register and re-register the trunk (as can be seen in the topic). Although I am not sure about the cause OR the solution.

Yes it is. I think that it is not an ATA problem. When I dial *2 and the number of extension, the call goes to voice mail.

Is this feature working fine ? Here it is not working. "The other party will be immediately connected with the transferee. You get a new dialtone...Caution: When transferring outbound calls to external parties you as the caller get replaced by the external party which itself becomes able to transfer and make calls over your PBX".
Just # # Attended Transfer it`s working fine. Is there a problem with blind transfer ?

Hello. I can not make transfers between my extensions. When I receive a call and pick up an extension and try to transfer the call for another extension, the system redirects to the voice mail extension, without calling the extension.
