Thread: RE: End of Beta |
|
If we upgrade to the PBXes Pro version, will our existing information which was created during Beta be available?
Also, how come there was no e-mail notification of the update on beta as there was with the introduction of the CRM option?
Your follow-up would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Chad

Yes, this sounds like a much needed feature through your explanation and related researching.
I understand that there seems to be a lack of interest, but could it be that we as users haven't heard the new features? I just saw this notice yesterday, voted and now replying.
The CRM announcement via e-mail was very helpful, otherwise these new features go un-noticed. Forum support and related is helpful, however we don't always go to the forum on a regular basis.
Would it be possible to offer new releases and updates via e-mail? Alerting us of new features, important items and such....
Recent updates are looking very promising, great work and I look forward to the new opportunties with this protocol.
Thank you,
Chad

Thread: RE: Voicemail / Dropped Calls |
|
Why are the calls limited to 60 / 130 respectively?
Voicemail has been configured accordingly, however this hasn't extended the voicemail box size.
With regards to the trunk, is there not a way in which the system can either notify us when this happens, or restart to connect to a dropped trunk. We've seen this happen previously, went into trunks and saved changes to re-initialize the trunk.

Hello,
When placing calls with a long duration of greater than 30-45 mins, the call will be dropped during this period...with repeatable results. The call drops with really no prior indication.
Voicemails are also kept at 1 min, regardless of the voicemail box setting, how can we corrrect for longer voicemails?
X-lite softphone will get 'circuits busy' at certian period, does this mean the system is full or require an updated setting?
Your assistance with these items would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Chad

Okay,
With the time announcing CET, does this affect setting up time conditions for incoming calls?
When setting up office hours, will the be CET or our timezone as set in the personal settings?
Your follow-up and effort in correcting the e-mail timestamps is appreciated.
Thank you,
Chad

Hello,
I appreciate your follow-up.
When we get voice mail via e-mail, the time under 'Date:' is not in sync with our timezone.
Along with time request via phone, it's 7 hrs ahead of our time. Such as now, it's 6:32pm CST, time request says 1:32am.
I hope this helps, please contact with any questions.
Thank you,
Chad

Hello,
Currently our voicemail only allows callers to leave a message of 1min in length.
How can we extend it to say at least 2 mins?

Thread: RE: Voicemail Time stamps |
|
Hello,
The time stamps are remaining as original and not adapting to the time zone changed within our personal data.
Time stamps and *60 time are both as original without adpating the time zone settings.
Please let me know how we can correct this.
Thank you,
Chad

Thread: RE: Voicemail Time stamps |

Hello,
In relation to timestamps for our U.S. voicemail, why is the time remaining as previous even with the new function of setting our own timezone?
I originally inquired about this and was told this fuction was coming. With the addition of the 'sweet' U.S. site, and added personalization of timezones, we still see the timestamp remaining at previous timezone.
Is there another item we need to change or something coming down the future pipe?
Your efforts and recent updates are very much appreciated, keep up the awesome work!

Hello,
I am wanting to use alternative phones to call the pbx and enter the callthru fuction.
However, I haven't found a way to add this to our options menu. Such as when were calling into the pbx, press '8' for callthru fuction.
There is the option to directly tie a phone to it by caller ID recognition, but other than that I don't see any other option.
Can you help me with this?
Thank you,
Chad

Thread: RE: Call Forwarding *92 |

Hello,
When using the *92 function for forwarding on unavailable, the operator simply says there is no person at this extension. But when the deactivation feature it's recognized.
This feature is in the table of features under Setup PBX, is this a typo or a fuction not yet available?
Thank you,
Chad

Okay,
I have tried setting up audio by-pass on both trunk and extension previously, this does not work reliably.
The one comment I've had when people are calling our number, is a choppy reception. A call rings, then stops, rings again..etc. This shows up in the call logs also, as a call with many repeats per incoming call.
With the US site installation, will this help for incoming? Most calls having issues are within Norh America, so with a US location, this should correct the issues we are seeing relating to delay while in North America...correct?
Will we be notified when the U.S site comes on-line, along with any related updates for settings?
Thank you,
Chad

Hello,
Do we have any approximate timelines for a U.S. site? We have a few delays, but like this set-up. If we can cut down on the voice delays with a closer location, this would be an ideal set-up.
Otherwise we need an alternative solution, would you know of a solution where we could still use this system and get around the delays?
Thank you,
Chad

Regarding the back-up sites, it was mentioned that a U.S. site would up and running a week or so ago.
Has this happened? When do you forsee the back-up sites reducing some delays and outages we've had so far?
Thank you for all the great work you are doing,

Thread: RE: Voicemail will not delete |
|
Hello,
I currently have a voice message stuck in my ext: 201
Voicemail mentions there is a new message, play and it quickly goes to advanced options. Try to delete and the confirmation comes back saying this voicemail had been deleted. However it's still flagged in the phone and mentions there is a new voicemail upon checking voicemail.
How can we correct this issue, what would cause this?
Thank you,
Chad
