Thread: RE: Maximum Channels on a trunk issue |
|
Dear Sirs,
We also have the same issue but using a Sub Pbx.
If we use a normal trunk everything works fine, but using a Sub Pbx (which should be the same as a trunk as far as I undestood) as first trunk for some dial rules, if the Sub Pbx trunk is busy and we call some numbers inside the same rules we have the same issue: the call does not go trough the second trunk (which is the default route). We hear the message "this call can not be connected as dialed" and the hung up on.
The Sub Pbx trunk is connected to a Spa3102 that acts as a FXO port, with this configuration when we receive or we route some calls trough the PSTN line ( so the line is busy) we cannon call numbers that fall inside the dial rules.
The Sub Pbx is limited to 1 maximum channel.
Could you please check ?
Thanks
Patrick

From 2 days we are experiencing a lot of problems.

Thread: forwarding call trough a specific trunk 2 |
|
Hi Diafora,
I exactly did what you suggested me in the other thread:
"The trick is not to restrict the Outbound Route to a specific extension, but to match the number in the Custom Dial Pattern with the number of the Classic extension. This way the outbound call will select the best matched route, and direct the call towards the trunk you have selected"
It does not work at all. Below you will find the log:
Feb 17 11:28:08 VERBOSE[31903] logger.c: -- SIP/redbulco-403-1a68 is ringing
Feb 17 11:28:25 VERBOSE[31903] logger.c: -- Nobody picked up in 18000 ms
Feb 17 11:28:25 VERBOSE[31903] chan_sip.c: Hangup call SIP/redbulco-403-1a68, SIP callid 20bc9a8656ad8bb11b804864280b5a35@188.40.65.170
Feb 17 11:28:25 VERBOSE[31903] logger.c: -- Called 405@from-internal/n
Feb 17 11:28:25 VERBOSE[32437] logger.c: -- Called 003934212XXXXX@from-internal/n
Feb 17 11:28:25 NOTICE[32447] app_dial.c: Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 3 - No route to destination)
I created a classical extension with number 405 connected to a mobile number, i created an outbound route with custom dial pattern 405.
As you can see in the log it says Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 3 - No route to destination).
If in the custom dial pattern i put the real mobile number it works. But this is not what I am looking for.
Could you please look into this matter a little bit more deep ?
Thanks for your patience.
Regards
Patrick

Thread: RE: forwarding call trough a specific trunk |

Hi Diafora,
thank you for the suggestion. I tried a lot of times to accomplish what you suggested but I had no luck. The forwarded calls go trough the generic trunk.
No way to have them diverted trough a specifc trunk.
Is there any other option to obtain what I am looking for ? How can I check if I am doing mistakes ?
Kindest regards

Thread: RE: forwarding call trough a specific trunk |
|
Dear Sirs,
I would like to set up a forwarding system where the forwarded call goes trough a specific trunk. Is it possible to do without using the dial patterns?
This is the example of what I would need to do:
Inbound call goes to extension 3xx, after 10 seconds (if not answered) the call is forwarded to extension, let's say, 321 (classic extension connected to a mobile number).
The call from 321 has to reach the mobile phone not trough the generic trunk but trough a specific trunk reserved to the 321 extension limiting the specified trunk with an outbound routing.
Is it possible ? It seems not to be because when I reserve the trunk to the extension 321 (with an outbound routing) the call does not reach the number and the line falls down.
Please let me know or please let me know if there is a different way to reach this result (but without using the dial patterns)
Kindest regards
Patrick

Dear Sirs,
we are a VAT registered bulgarian company.
We would need the invoices for all the payments we made for our PBX and the ones for our customers.
The paypal receipt it is not enough for us.
What do you need from our side to provide us such invoices ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards
