I did a Pro Account together with 3 Premium too. My Pro account has 1 extension. But with my 3 Premium I can`t create more that one extension. Is It rigth ? Should I cancel my Pro account to create more than one extension? Please help me. If I am correct, please cancel now my Pro account without a grace period. I need more that one extension and It was my mistake. Sorry.

I had 100 routes, but I erased 66. The problem happened when there were 100 routes and I could not create the route number 101, 102, etc. ...Please I just want to konw. Is it possible to create more than 100 out bound routing using Pbxes Pro or Premium ?

I have a Pbxes Pro. I have 100 outbounds routing. But I can`t create a new outbound routing. Do you know why ? How many outbounds routing I can create ? When I create a new, one old is deleted.

As a PBXes Pro user, I saw that I´m able to edit some PBX parameters, what I would like to ask is if the things that I´m able to do in Asterisk I will be able to do in PBX?

One of my needs is to limit the time that a extension user will have to spend in certain period of time.
Is this possible to be controlled in PBXes?

I´m not able to have access to the Voicemail of my extensions using the www1.pbxes.com ( or any of the servers) also the mini.php isn´t working too.

I also tryed to mount a free account to a client to permit him to see your service and I was not able.

Could you please see what is happening.

vm_general.inc and vm_email.inc to change the emails sender, since the default is noreplay@pbxes.com, and I´m wondering if can be something like this: voicemail@yourdomain.com.
