Hi to all,
Yesterday all my outbound routes stop working, I don´t make any change to my configuration (in the outbound routes) and any call that I want to make I only receive the same message: "I´m sorry that is a not recognized phone number"
Y was checked all my trunks one by one and all working fine, but I can´t make calls via pbxes, can you help me?

Recently my credit card expires and one of my accounts has blocked, I make the payment now for this account (xpertosystems) but the system told me that the accouns stil blocked.

I have a problem with my pbx settings, when I make a call from my pbx and the other person have a IVR, I use his menu and my options are not recognized by the IVR, what can be the problem?

Hi to all,
I have some problems to make a well working dialplan, I understand the concepts, but can't make it working correctly,
I explain the situation.
I live in Mexico, and I want to make a dialplan to make a call equal if I use a landline here, for example
I can make local calls with no problems
Here in Mexico, In the landline I need to call 01+area code+ local number to make a national long distance call, I use a USA voip provider, so I need to call 011+52+area code + local number
To make a International call, I need to call 001+country+area code+ number for my provider it is 011+country+area code+number
To make a mobile phone call I need to call 044+area code+number, for my provider it is 011+52+1+area code+number
I make some tests, but can't make the calls with the dialplans that I've created, can someone help me?

Hello,
I'm a soho voip provider,and I'm interested to offer complete packages to my local customers that includes a pbx service, can you explain me how the reseller process works?
I read some threads and see that I need to create an account for my clients and upgrade this account from my personal account (I was checked but don't find how can I do it), can you help me?
I have my own domain and my sip server, Can I offer to my customers access to their pbx status ( I manage the accounts and configure it, so my customers don't need access to the control panel, but if they need check the status of their PBX), how can they see it?
