my sipgate account recieves an incoming call and pbxes does the virtual operator stuff and then forwards it to my mobile. (or my business partners mobile if I don't answer)
simple setup but it seems about 5 out of 10 incoming calls get dropped after about 30 seconds and I end up saying "hello hello, is anyone there?" and my signal is fine so no probs there. the main issue is that because the call is forwarded, I don't have the customers number on my mobile so I can't even call them back till I get back to base and look at the call log.
Do you have any ideas what might be causing this? Do I have a setting wrong? my call timeout in general settings is set to 60 mins so thats not the problem
