Recently we have been experiencing audio problems during calls. A few minutes into the call the sound would suddenly become garbled - sounds like the person is speaking under water.

It doesn't happen on every call (about 3 out of 5) and it happens to various destinations.

I can provide an exert of the system log but it doesn't really reveal anything.

Any suggestions what may be causing this?
