Working PTSN problems local calls routinely fail

working with PTSN, after logging in WITH the only working SIP/PBX product i could find to work dialing to PTSN local numbers fail over pbxes.org server as the the "call" terminates without ever ringing a actual connection anywhere. -and then the sip softphone device drops the call.- if someone could please post some sort of assistance here please. it would be appreciated! thanks jb
