		+	:: A "Classical Extension" is a PTSN phone number. In order to reach PTSN, you need a Trunk. That's why the sentence says "An extension on a Trunk is a Classical Extension". This differs from a SIP extension which does not need a trunk. Technically you could setup PBXes with several SIP extensions, no trunks, and just call from 1 extension to the other.
