If I set up an extension, what is the maximum number of channels it will suppport?

I see that there is an option for this in trunks, but I see no option in extensions, nor the ability to limit it.

There is no maximum number of channels for extensions. What you can do is activate or deactivate call waiting per extension. And you could limit the number of calls by a queue in front of it. I can also imagine a trunk to a classical extension that has a maximum number of channels set.
