We have linked paypal to our credit card.
That always goes well. Unfortunately, an error has now occurred and our account appears to be converted to a free version.
I would like to know how this is possible. Because there was enough positive balance.
I assume that the cancellation is immediately reversed and we get an alternative payment option.
Please set up a new Paypal subscription from our shop page, because your old one has been cancelled by Paypal for whatever reason. This cannot be reversed.
