I cannot park calls nor access Voicemail on my pbx. Are you able to look at this and reset whatever is the problem please?

I'm using Cisco SPA509G, I can park a call using *70
I receive the announcement that the call is parked on 71

When I use an extension and try to pickup 71, the phone will say connected, but all I get is silence.

Please ignore... I didn't realize I had to finish the park by using the transfer key
