Hello - I just subscribed to your service and realized that I have been billed in $ instead of EUR. To change this, and possibly reinvest any savings into a premium subscription, do I just buy a premium subscription and cancel the old ones? Will I received the balance of the current subsciption back? Thanks
Please change subscriptions a few days before the next recurring payment will occur. We can't process a refund just because of a little difference in currency values.
