Digital Receptionist not picking up certain calls i.e. Calls routed through Google Voice
I am trying to setup PBXes to be my IVR, and certain calls when routed through GV then through my SIP provider don't activate the Digital Receptionist pickup.
This is how the calls have worked so far:
Google Voice -> Callcentric -> PBXes -> Digital Receptionist = IVR Fails to pickup
Google Voice -> IPKall -> PBXes -> Digital Receptionist = IVR Fails to pickup
Google Voice -> Callcentric -> PBXes -> Direct to PBXes Voicemail = Rings and eventually goes to Google VM
Google Voice -> IPKall -> PBXes -> Direct to PBXes Voicemail = Rings and eventually goes to Google VM
Google Voice -> Callcentric -> PBXes -> PAP2 Phone = Calls go through
Google Voice -> IPKall -> PBXes -> PAP2 Phone = Calls go through
Callcentric -> PBXes -> Digital Receptionist = Call gets picked up by IVR
IPKall -> PBXes -> Digital Receptionist = Call gets picked up by IVR
Callcentric -> PBXes -> PAP2 Phone = Calls go through
IPKall -> PBXes -> PAP2 Phone = Calls go through
Callcentric -> PBXes -> Direct to PBXes Voicemail = Plays PBXes VM message without a ring
IPKall -> PBXes -> Direct to PBXes Voicemail = Plays PBXes VM message without a ring
Can someone please help or provide some suggestions? I'm just very confused as to why the digital receptionist won't pickup calls routed through google voice at one point or another. Thank you.
