Error Modifying Extension Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

I have seen the PBX do some we4ird things tonight, but while trying to set up some testing, and modifying am extension, I encountered the following error on 2 different extensions:

INSERT INTO sip (id, keyword, data) values ('supernettel2-12068296490','account','supernettel2-12068296490') [nativecode=1062 ** Duplicate entry 'supernettel2-1206829-account' for key 1]

error adding to SIP table
