Hi,

I recieved an email to upgrade from 7 to 10 subscriptions . I added 3 subscriptions yesterday to my account. (11 feb)
However this morning 4:30 AM IST (around 12Am GMT) the account was blocked saying excess usage.

I went ahead and added one more subscription to the account. And the account got activated back.
However as per the above count 4 new subscriptions were added by me but as of now the system only shows 10.
I am not sure why the system required me to add the 11th subscription when the count was increased to 10 required already ?
