Hi,
whenever the hold time exceed a certain amount of time (perhaps more than the default moh?), when the user tries to resume the call, moh stops playing but the two parties cannot hear the other one.

Putting the call back on hold for 1 second reestablishes the communication, but it would be better to find a proper solution.
